Quadient and Via.Delivery to Showcase New Partnership at PARCEL Forum ’23

Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT), a leader in business solutions for meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels and a major global parcel locker operator, will showcase its new partnership with shipping and delivery platform Via.Delivery at PARCEL Forum ’23, starting today at Gaylord Opryland in Nashville. The collaboration is set to enhance Via.Delivery’s Buy Online Pickup Anywhere (BOPA) experience by seamlessly integrating state-of-the-art Parcel Pending by Quadient smart lockers into the checkout process of major e-commerce platforms.

Via.Delivery enables shoppers to tap into its expansive BOPA network. Through the technology partnership with Quadient, shoppers may now select Parcel Pending by Quadient smart locker hubs as their preferred pickup destination. Shoppers receive a unique code to access their lockers and may conveniently pick up their purchases from secure and easily accessible locations, creating a new alternative to traditional pickup points.

PARCEL Forum attendees visiting the Parcel Pending by Quadient booth, No. 1214, will learn about the advanced and automated parcel lockers. In addition to meeting customer demand for same-day deliveries and convenient returns, smart lockers help retailers and carriers reduce logistical costs and lower their carbon footprint.

More than 18,500 Parcel Pending by Quadient parcel locker systems are installed worldwide, supporting retailers, carriers, higher education institutions and commercial and multifamily residential properties.
