Ensure simple, secure package management
The explosive growth in online ordering and the accompanying package deliveries, has dramatically increased the incidence of package theft. A recent Safewise study showed that nearly 260 million packages disappeared from porches across America in the past year. This represents an increase of 50 million1 or 24% in just 12 months.
In addition to the actual costs to residents, retailers, and insurance companies, there are also hidden costs for property managers to consider – including the loss of trust from residents in multifamily communities, and the nagging fear that a much-anticipated Holiday or gift or Black Friday bargain will be stolen when left outside a door.
